What to Expect

Each student enrolled in our program participates in:

  • Weekly 40-minute private lessons
Focused, one-on-one instruction tailored to each student’s level, goals, and pace of learning.

  • Monthly 50-minute group class
A chance to play alongside peers, develop listening and ensemble skills, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

How our Teaching Works

All lessons take place in our studio at 64 Mill St. Students are guided by our in-person instructor, with additional support from our Montreal-based teacher who joins live during select lessons to enhance the learning experience.

A Balanced Approach

By combining consistent private instruction with collaborative group learning, students benefit from both individualized attention and the motivation that comes from making music with others. This balanced approach helps build strong technical skills while fostering confidence, connection, and a deeper understanding of music.

Pricing

Lessons will be priced per term and will be due prior to the beginning of each term: September to December, January to March, and April to June. The term price includes weekly 40 minute lessons plus one monthly 50 minute group lesson.
